  1. Geçen aylarda SODA’da  ”The sound of Rain” adlı sergisini gerçekleştirdiğimiz Fransız Fotoğraf sanatçısı Christophe Jacrot kar yağacağını duyunca atlamış gelmiş İstanbul’a. Dondurucu havaya rağmen, pırıl pırıl bir güneş, bazılarımız için hayal kırıklığı olabiliyor…. olsun, en azından tanışmış olduk:)

    Our French Photography artist Christophe Jacrot was here yesterday, He jumped on the plane when he heard that it was going to snow in İstanbul. No snow but Sunny Spell again. It was great to see him here anyway.

    Sanatçılarımız;

    Frank Plant yeni sergisine yetiştirdiği işini bitirdi.

     Ted Noten ”The Dutch Artist of The Year” ödülünü aldı.

    Ted Noten is the winner

    After an exciting competition with eight pre-selected artists, the Dutch Artist of The Year was announced last Friday in Amsterdam.

    And the winner is: Ted Noten, ‘the Dutch Artist of the Year 2012’!

    Almost 40.000 votes were issued both by professionals and by the general public. From the 8 finalists, Ted Noten was chosen as the winner with photographer Erwin Olaf in second place and painter Marlene Dumas in third place. For the complete list click here

    Ted was offered the title and a cash prize of  € 10.000,-
